People have so many clothing choices and designs to choose from, and I personally feel that dogs should be represented with as many choices and styles as well. Your dog has its own personality, just as you do, so allow them to express that in their clothing and accessories.

I create and design couture clothing for small dogs without the couture price. As mentioned on our home page, most everything on my website is unique and original to New Yorkie Fashions ONLY. This is exciting to me because as I'm creating each piece for your dog, I am proud knowing that you will be purchasing a totally unique and original piece.

What has inspired me is my baby, Mac. She is the absolute joy in my family's lives. You can see Mac all throughout my website, she is the official model of NYF. Isn't she cute? She gives such unconditional love that I just can't stand being away from her. This love, in all honesty, flows through in my creations. It's because of her that I have fun doing what I do. You being a dog lover can understand where my heart is and how important our pets are to us. I will design and create with YOUR dog in my mind and in my heart. Your order is processed and made when it is received. I don't keep tons of already made items for the simple fact that I want to give you and your dog something very special. Each piece has its own unique signature and why not give your best little pal something of "their own".

SHIPPING INFO

Most orders are shipped within 5 to 7 business days of receipt of order. Depending on the size of your order, processing and shipping times may vary. We assure that we will make every effort to get your order processed and shipped out to you as soon as possible. Should there be any unusual delays, we will notify you immediately.

WE SHIP EXCLUSIVELY BY USPS PRIORITY MAIL.

Sales tax will only be charged to customers who buy from Utah. Our current sales tax rate is 6.5%. AlL customers from other states are exempt from this tax.

We take great care in packaging all of our products so that no damage occurs during transit. Most clothing items will be shipped in a Tyvek USPS envelope as well as being placed in a poly-plastic bag prior to being put into the packaging.

Should there be any obvious damage to your items due to shipping, please contact the shipping company immediately. Also, please contact us immediately so that we are aware of any problems.

As we mention many times throughout our website, we want to provide excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.

RETURN POLICY

As much as we'd like to believe that we'll never have any of our items returned, there may be instances for such to happen. In these cases, we will gladly accept your return but will have to impose a 25% restocking fee of the purchase price (less any shipping charges). Unfortunately, some of our items are non-refundable due to their personalization nature, such as our best friends t-shirts (any item which is personalized can not be returned, sorry).

You will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for returning any item(s) back to us. Upon receipt of any returned item(s), in unused and new condition of course, we will notify you immediately and process your refund.

Should you only wish to exchange an item(s) for a different size, for instance, you will be invoiced for the shipping charges and upon receipt of payment, your item(s) will be shipped out via USPS Priority Mail.

Due to the time it takes to make an initial order, we will not guarantee a time frame for your exchange to be processed and shipped. We will, however, re-process your order as promptly as we possibly can.

After receiving each and every order, we send you an email reminding you of our size chart. We strongly urge you to please review our size chart to ensure the size you order is going to be the size that will fit your dog best.

Remember...not every vendor creates the same size. This will ensure that no item will have to be returned due to size.
